1.8 Adventure Update

Today I finally played Minecraft 1.8.1after waiting to be able to play (with homework and school being my main occupation.) My first reaction to it was being happy now being able to run and get more items.

5th Night into 1.8.1, and weird enough I went outside to find a tall dark looking man who froze when I looked at him. I walked up closer to him. When I got closer he disappeared leaving purple star like figures behind him. (or so I thought he disappeared.....). Once I thought well he's gone. I feel someone hurt me and I see the man behind me. The dark like figure had been what they call an "Enderman" to my surprise I killed him. (After almost being killed). I was proud and found what looked like a gem behind him after he died. I still have yet to see what this Gem does....
